Our Origin Story
Alpha Study Squad began as a late-night project in a crowded university dormitory. Our founders, frustrated by the state of digital education tools, realized that most platforms were actively hostile to the learning process. They were filled with tracking pixels, unskippable video ads, and required constant high-speed internet connections just to read a static PDF.
For students living in areas with spotty network coverage, or those who simply wanted to disconnect from the digital noise to focus on their studies, these platforms were unusable. We realized that the ed-tech industry had pivoted from serving students to serving advertisers.
